Shubham Bose ("we", "us", "our") provides bespoke, high-level digital consulting, software architecture, and web development services. Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of these intellectual services, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation policy.
Clients may cancel an ongoing project or consulting retainer by providing written notice (via email to work [at] thatshubham.com) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired cancellation date, or as otherwise specified in the client's individual Master Services Agreement (MSA).
All deposits, initial milestone payments, and consulting fees paid prior to the commencement of work are non-refundable. These payments reserve our time and cover the initial allocation of resources, research, and infrastructure setup required for your project.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for funds already paid, and the client will be invoiced for any unbilled hours or completed work up to the date of cancellation.
In the rare event that we cannot fulfill or commence a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund of the unutilized deposit will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
As our deliverables are purely digital (code repositories, architectural audits, deployed software), there are no physical goods to be returned, and therefore no "shipping" or "return" policies apply. Once code or consulting documentation is delivered to the client, the transaction is considered final.
